What we deliver on contract work
- Reception counters and front desks — engineered for cable runs, POS hardware and the abuse of a thousand check-ins.
- Boardroom and meeting tables — with integrated power and data, built in sections that fit the service lift.
- Guest room programmes — bedheads, desks, luggage benches and wardrobes, replicated to hotel tolerances across dozens of rooms.
- F&B and lounge seating — banquettes, communal tables and host stands finished to withstand commercial cleaning products.
How we work with designers
Bring us design intent drawings and we return shop drawings within two weeks: joinery detail, timber and finish schedules, fixing methods and a build programme against your site milestones. We flag buildability problems on paper, where they are cheap. Our two most-used sentences in contract work are “yes, and here is how” and “that detail will fail in year two — here is the alternative.”
How we work with operators
No designer? For smaller properties we run a compressed design stage ourselves: a site survey, a furniture schedule against your room count and budget, and reference pieces you can sit on at the workshop. The George Town hotel on our portfolio page ran exactly this way — 22 rooms, three staged deliveries, four snag items at handover.
| Typical project size | RM40,000 – RM600,000 |
|---|---|
| Lead time | 8–14 weeks depending on room count; staged delivery available |
| Payment | Progress stages agreed up front; no full deposit demanded |
| Coverage | Installation nationwide; our own crew in the Klang Valley |
Deadlines respected, snag lists kept short
Ask the operators we have worked with — references shared on request.
