Wardrobes that end at the ceiling, not near it

The gap on top of a freestanding wardrobe collects dust and wastes a third of the wall. We scribe ours to the slab, the skirting and every bump in between.

The wardrobe audit

Before we draw a single elevation, we ask you to count: how many long-hang items, how many folded stacks, how many pairs of shoes, how much luggage. It takes fifteen minutes and it is the difference between a wardrobe that fits your life and a pretty box you fight with every morning. Most people discover they need half the hanging space they assumed and twice the drawers.

Built for this climate

  • Carcasses in moisture-resistant plywood, never bare chipboard — Malaysian humidity destroys chipboard from the edges in.
  • Ventilation gaps or louvred panels designed in, so leather bags and jackets are not sealed into a damp box.
  • Doors in solid timber frames with veneer or sprayed panels; hinges rated for 80,000 cycles.
  • Interiors reconfigurable: shelf pins and adjustable rails, because wardrobes outlive wardrobes' contents.
  • Scribed fitting to walls and ceilings that are never as straight as they look. Our record is a wall 30mm out of plumb — invisible in the finished job.

What it costs

Built-ins are priced by the foot run — the total width of the installed unit. From RM1,150 per foot for sprayed doors on a ply carcass, rising with solid timber doors, internal drawers and specialist hardware. A typical 10-foot master bedroom run lands between RM12,000 and RM20,000. You get an itemised quote, so removing a bank of drawers or downgrading hardware is a visible line, not a mystery discount.
